He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Ramirez; his parents, Catarino Ramirez and Juanita Ramirez; his siblings, Raquel Ramirez, Edelmira Lozano and Jaime Ramirez; his stepson Steve Crawford; and his brothers-in-law, Henry Lozano and Joe Barajas.
He is survived by: his children, David G. Ramirez, Jr. (Cheryl), Katrina Steward (Galen), Dena Ramirez and Tamarah Knight (Cam); his stepchildren, Joyce Stacy (Jim) and Sherry Crawford; his siblings, Gabriela Barajas and George Ramirez (Liz); and his sister-in-law Olivia Ramirez. He is also survived by 17 Grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.
