It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shelia Jane Bowen (Ceres, California), born in Kingman, Arizona, who passed away on December 18, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Jimmy Bowen; her son Jerry Bowen; her sister Mary Davis; and her daughters, Nanda Freeman, Dana Hurley and Jill Kelly.
