He is survived by: his siblings, Allen Smallwood, Victoria Winchester (Kevin) and Chris Moss (Ed); and his children, Ronald "Skip" Smallwood, Randy Smallwood (Sherry) and Robbin Smallwood. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and countless great-grandchildren.
