He was predeceased by: his parents, Licinio C. Silveira and Josephine I. Silveira; his siblings, Marie, Josephine Silveira and John Silveira; and his son James Silveira.
He is survived by: his wife Rose A. Silveira; his children, Robert Silveira (Liz) and Janis Sundy (Dave) of Modesto; and also, Rose Ann Silveira (Machado) and Bill. He is also survived by his 6 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
