He is survived by: his wife Guillermina Dela Cruz; his sons, Roberto Vargas and Fernando Vargas; his grandchildren, Liam Vargas and Camila Vargas; his mother Paula Dela Cruz; and his siblings, Joe Dela Cruz, Mike Dela Cruz, Barbara Parrish, Kathy Espinoza and Eleanor Dela Cruz Bache. He is also survived by his family, friends, many nieces and nephews.
