She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Leonard Yost and Priscilla Yost of Atwater, CA.; her daughter Julie Carroll Pearse; her grandson Aidan Ericksen; and her siblings, Kim Rorabaugh (Ryan), Marilyn Owens (Larry) and Len Yost (Jan).

Carole was diagnosed with Alzheimer's and spent her last three years in memory care facilities, finally succumbing to the complications on November 5, 2020.
