She was predeceased by: her former husband Leroy Heizenrader; her parents, Revis Phegley (Bill) and Violet Phegley; her sister Sharon Egizi; her son Brian Heizenrader; and her son-in-law Robert Hallmark.

She is survived by: her husband Ralph Stegner; her children, Bradley Heizenrader, Debra Hallmark and Sharon Heizenrader (Lonnie Chapman); her grandchildren, Holli Heizenrader, Ashley Olcott, Cory Heizenrader (Jessica), Nichole Masullo (Richard), Nathan Williams, Justin Sheehan (Krystle), Jedidiah Williams (Mary), Hillary Sheehan (Joel Hughes), Evan Williams (Amanda), David Heizenrader and Madison Kirkley; and her great grandchildren, Jaxon, Clayton, Haden, Stella, Madelyn, Jules, Eleanor, Haylee, Addisyn, Sawyer, Chloe, Dakota, Sienna, Jordan, Jackson, Austin, Kaylee, Sebastian, Wesley, Lillian, Jedidiah, Maliya, Marlee, Remington Mae, Ethan and Edward.
