She was predeceased by: her parents, Guillermo Guerra and Olimpia Salazar; and her sister Nancy Viteri. She is survived by: her siblings, Carlos Echeverria, Pancho Guerra, Bolivar Guerra, Teresa Echeverria and Gloria Guerra Alvarez; her daughters, Hannelored Dirnberger (Hanna) and Vicky Roberto; her sons-in-law, Oscar Dirnberger and Demetrius Roberto; and her grandchildren, Logan Roberto, Evan Roberto and Sienna Dirnberger. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
