He was predeceased by: his siblings, William Schalow and Helen Jensen. He is survived by: his wife Edna Schalow; his children, Denise Alexander (Kelvin) and Michael Schalow (Julie Lolmaugh); his sister Ruth Peterson; and his former wife Barbara Luich (Bella). He is also survived by his nephew and three nieces.
