De La Torre; her children, Ruben De La Torre Jr. and Judith Madrigal; her grandson Christopher J. Torres; and her siblings, Lucy Ramirez, Mary Torres-Gil, Cora Torres, Esther P. Raya, Sacramento Raya, Jess Raya, Joe Raya, Tony Raya and Angel Raya. She was also cherished by 24 grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.

Carmen was the foundation for her entire family and will be missed very much.
