“I had the pleasure of working for Art at the Alameda County Superior Court. Art was an excellent administrator and a very effective leader. Art had a strong commitment to the court and its employees. He very much enjoyed visiting court facilities and meeting as many employees as he could. Art was a straight shooter and you always knew where you stood with Art. I very much enjoyed working for Art and am saddened to hear of his untimely passing. He will be missed by those who worked with him.”
