He is survived by: his wife Lily Hamasu; his sons, Eric (Allison) and James Hamasu; his grandchildren, Lauren and Justin Hamasu; his siblings, Edgar Hamasu (Helen) of Hawaii and Jeanne Kim of Cupertino; and his brother-in-law Paul Sakamoto (Gail). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
