She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph B. O'Neal, Jr.. She is survived by: her grandchild Carson; her sons, Brian O'Neal and Kevin O'Neal; and her grandchildren, Brooke, William, Trevor, Klaire and Joseph. She is also survived by sisters and relatives.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be sent to the Joseph B. Jr. and Mary Anne O'Neal Stroke Center Volunteer Association at 701 E. Carson St. Carson, CA 90745.
