He is survived by: his daughter Cheryl Shinae Ichikawa-Kaya; his grandchildren, Evan James and Carene Kimiko Kaya; his brothers, Ralph Mioru and Kenneth Kenji Ichikawa; his nephews, Kyle Yasuo, Lance Shigeo Ichikawa (Naomi) and Ryan Kazuo Suzuki (Michele Ann) of Maui, Hawaii; his great-nieces, Samantha Sachiko, Stephanie Maruko Ichikawa and Miya Chiemi Mae Suzuki of Maui, Hawaii; and his great-nephew Mitchell Michio Suzuki of Maui, Hawaii.
