It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles E. Lindsey (Carson, California), born in Marion, Indiana, who passed away on November 9, 2018, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his son Shawn Taylor; his siblings, Arthur Lindsey Jr., Ora Lindsey Sr., Howard Lindsey, Thelma Bounds and Lorabelle Payne; his nephews, Alvin Lindsey and Ora Lindsey Jr.; and his great-nieces, Cicley Lindsey-Asomani and Sonya Shelton.
He is survived by: his wife Gladys Garner; and his brother James Lindsey. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
