He is survived by: his wife Carmen; his children, Antonette, Thomas (Kim Lanh), Alex and Michael (Pamela); his grandchildren, Monique, Bao, Tula, Gavriella and Steffanie; and his sisters, Lucy Diaz, Elsie Merritt, Linda Hernandez (Danny), Helen Mercer (Steve), Gilbert (Cindy) and Charlie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
