He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Fredrick and Esther Marguerite Rominger (Jones); and his brothers, James Vernon and Daniel Clark. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth; his daughters, Sharon Lowry and Dana Shong; his sons-in-law, Jeff Lowry and David Shong; his grandchildren, Allyson Lowry, Jessica Lowry, Nicholas Bentley and Cooper Lowry; his brother Lee Fredrick Rominger; and his sister-in-law Dolly Rominger.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 31st 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Sacramento Valley Memorial Cemetery (5810 Midway Rd, Dixon, CA 95620). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 1:30 PM at the Christ Community Church (5025 Manzanita Ave, Carmichael, CA 95608).
