He was predeceased by: his daughter Alice. He is survived by: his wife Ardelle; his children, Sharon Mahoney (Steve) and Mike Crockett (Rana); his siblings, Martha Hendricks and Alvin Crockett (Virginia); his brother-in-law Dick Shaffer (Carmen); and his grandsons, Steven Mahoney (Jennifer), Michael Clevenger (Erin) and Andrew Clevenger (Anika). He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.
