He is survived by: his wife Rita Sorensen Stevenson; his children, Pamela Sullivan (Michael) of North Carolina, Lynn Wilson (Darren) of North Carolina, Suzanne Capestro (Robert) of California and Daniel Stevenson (Janelle) of California; his grandchildren, Madeline Sullivan, Braden Sullivan, Marin Sullivan, Abby Wilson, Sadie Wilson, Brandon Capestro and Dylan Capestro; and his siblings, Diane Avilla, Merrill Stevenson and Dorothy Tizi.
