He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harold Dorl and Ola Dorl; his wife Sharon; his brother-in-law Bill Sifers; his niece Danielle Dunn; his siblings, Cindy Bonhamer (Fred), Martha Feight (Everett) and David Dorl (Cyndi); his cousin Harry Roberts (Norine); and his goddaughter Robin Roberts. He was also cherished by many loving cousins, nieces, and nephews.
