She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Ballard and Edythe Ballard; her siblings, Donald, Charles "Short", Stanley "Skip", Dale Ballard (Betty) and Betty Regalado; her granddaughter Sharis Underwood; and her daughter Linda May.
She is survived by: her husband Roger Underwood; her children, Rick Underwood (Mary) and Karen Underwood; her brother Weldon Ballard (Pam); her niece Patti Beauileu-Covino; and her sister-in-law Carolyn Ballard. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, please make donations to: United Methodist Church of Rancho Cordova, the American Lung Association or the SPCA in Louise's name.
