He is survived by: his grandmother Bertha "Bert"; his daughters, Hailey Nichols, Mariah Nichols and Jenny Nichols; his parents, Donald Parker and Tammy Parker; his brothers, Jason Parker (Shannon Brown) and Eric Parker (Anastasia Stanton); his half-sisters, Brandy and Penny; and his nieces and nephews, Shianne, Bridget, Brooklyn, Elly, Jason Jr., Logan and Eric.
In lieu of flowers, family has asked that donations be made to help with funeral expenses.
