Valarie Rose Forman Obituary
Valarie Rose Forman 94 of Carlsbad CA. passed away at Carlsbad Glen Brook Skilled Nursing on Sept. 3rd 2022 after a short illness surrounded by the love of her life, her husband of 76 years. She was born in Minot, North Dakota on Nov. 30th 1927. Jack Leo Forman and Valarie married on July 11th 1947 in Los Angeles, CA. They were blessed with 2 sons making Carlsbad their home for 58 years. Valarie woke up every morning choosing to be happy. She was energetic, generous, artistic, faithful and gracious. Loved by all and adored by her husband, sons, daughter in laws, 4 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. She modeled a life well lived and will forever remain in the hearts of those whose lives she touched. Valarie was preceded in death by her parents, brother Don Steenstrap and a son, Steven Forman. Her ashes will be scattered at sea and will have a celebration of life held at a later date.
