With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Roy R. Sanchez of Carlsbad, California, born in Houston, Texas, who passed away on February 6, 2021 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his son Roy M. Sanchez. He is survived by: his wife Estela V. Sanchez; his sisters, Dolores Garza and Alice Zapata of Houston; his daughters, Darlene Furman of Oceanside and Eileen Monarez; and his sons-in-law, John Monarez of Carlsbad and Guy Guerra of Fallbrook. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, and 21 great grandchildren and six great great grandchildren.
