He was predeceased by: his brother Patrick (Dawn); his parents, Charles Kirk and Marie Kirk; and his wife Jean Muto. He is survived by: his children, Michael (Sandra), James (Joann), Daniel (Wendy) and Lisa; and his grandchildren, Brandon (Tiffany), Ashley (Jesse), Lia (Michael), Michael (Amanda), Steven (Lori), Brianna, Austin (Lauren), Alex (Marisa) and Savanna.

Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic and orders from the Governor's Office, face masks must be worn and proper social distancing is to be followed.
