He is survived by: his wife Carolyn (Carpenter) of Carlsbad, CA; his daughters, Lori (Fred) of Park City, UT and Sasha (Shawn) of Park City, UT; his sister Virginia (Buddy) of Monticello, IN.; and his grandchildren, Danica, Gavin, Tanner, Dakota and Madison.
