McFarland; his wife Kumiko; his children, Keith Fabiano (Christy), Kelly Richardson (Louis Alexander) and Todd Sycks (Hong); his grandchildren, Zackary Sycks, Brooke Fabiano, Kelsey Sycks and Meiqi Digioia; and his siblings, Carolyn Nash and Robert Sycks (Judy) of Canal Winchester, Ohio.. He was also cherished by one niece, one nephew, and several great-nieces and great-nephews.
