Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Jeanie Marie Katzeff of Cardiff by the Sea, California, born in Centralia, Illinois, who passed away at the age of 74, on December 29, 2022. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elvera Hugo and Robert Hugo; her son Jay Douglas Luckey; and her former husband Jim Luckey. She is survived by: her husband Hillel Katzeff; her son Craig Robert Luckey; her stepchildren, Jacob and Lily Katzeff; and her siblings, Joy Churchill (Hugo) and Larry Hugo. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and numerous other family members.
