He was predeceased by: his grandson Justin Ray Walgren; his son George Hofmann; his brother Leo Hofmann; and his parents, George Hofmann and Julia Hofmann.
He is survived by: his wife Jana Hofmann; his daughters, Leslie Huff (John) and Deena Bartlett (Hugh); his grandson Nick Walgren (Peggy) of Gulfport, MS; his great grandchildren, Justin Walgren, George Walgren and Rick Walgren; his granddaughter Rachel Rendon (Matt); his great grandchildren, Royal and John Rendon; and his grandchildren, Julia Morris (Mason), Katherine Huff and Alex Huff.
