She was predeceased by: her former husband Edward W. Smith. She is survived by: her sisters, Joy Collins of Richmond, VA. and Norma Hill of Capistrano Beach, CA.; and her husband Jim. She is also survived by 2 nieces, and 4 nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation of America or please plant a tree in her memory.
