“To the Skinner Family, Jean and I were sorry to hear of the passing Richard. I got to know Richard through his brother, my brother-in-law, Dennis. Richard, as I found out were in the same profession. He in Los Angeles and me in Colorado. So, needless to say, through the years we exchanged some interesting stories. I was was always "Sheriff John" to him when we began our conversations. I will miss talking to him. Rest in Peace, my friend in Blue and thank you for service. John and Jean Dunow”
