Betty Jean Collins Obituary

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruth Nadon and Wilfred Nadon; and her sister Marjorie Gibbons. She is survived by: her significant other Robert Collins (Bob); her children, Catherine Jean Gentilucci (James) of Los Osos, Michael Joseph Collins (Lisa) of Alexandria, Virginia and Mary Naomi Giles (Bill) of Sierra Vista, Arizona.; her granddaughters, Mary Catherine Skutley (Patrick) of Orangevale and Anne Elizabeth Gao Brookline (Tony); her great grandchild Yaoting Theodore "Teddy" Gao; and her siblings, Dr. Grant Nadon of Toronto, Canada., Dorothy Shaw and Claire Koma. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Betty remained a nurse and caregiver until the end, visiting the sick and shut-ins on behalf of St. Joseph's and serving on a committee of retired nurses during the COVID pandemic at The Windham.
