With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Caroline Sue (Helsel) Hastings of Campbell, California, born in Liberal, Kansas, who passed away on February 16, 2023 at the age of 90. She was predeceased by: her mother Marion Helsel; and her siblings, Mary McKay, Carleene Compton, Marvin Helsel and Wayne Helsel.

She is survived by: her husband Jim Hastings; her children, John (Eloise), Cindy (Dave) and Mary (Dick); and her grandchildren, Kyle, Justin, Amy, Mike, Christopher, Matt, Sebastian, Peter and Abby. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
