He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Paul R. Baldacci Sr. and Virginia Allwin Baldacci; and his children, Elizabeth, Thomas, Loretta, Marilyn, Louis and James. He was also cherished by children, but of their nineteen grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
