He was predeceased by: his mother Linda Russell. He is survived by: his father Dr. Blaine; his daughter Sage (Rebecca); his siblings, Josh, Robyn, Holly and Stephanie; his grandmother Julia; and his wife Rebecca. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
