He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Gerhardt and Edith Gerhardt; and his siblings, Willis, Gene, Pauline, Gwen and Dorothy.
He is survived by: his children, Debbie Gerhardt Soto (Robert Soto) of Cambria, CA and Gary Gerhardt (Lori Gerhardt) of Rhome, TX.; and his sister Sandy Pieper.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, September 14th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Community Presbyterian Church of Cambria (2250 Yorkshire Dr, Cambria, CA 93428).
