“I am so saddened to learn of Ros' passing last December. She and I were fellow volunteers at the Suicide Prevention Center of Monterey County in the early 1970s, when she taught at Santa Catalina School and I cwas a recent graduate of the Russian Language program at the Defense Language Institute, working at Robert Louis Stevenson School. I wish that we had maintained closer contact over the many intervening years. My sincere and belated condolences to her loved ones. Ros was a good friend.”
