He was predeceased by: his parents, Cloyce and Utoka; and his brothers, Robert and Stephen. He is survived by: his wife Jean Parcher of Camarillo, CA; his sons, Kevin Parcher (Dan) and James Parcher (Michelle) of Ventura, CA; his grandchildren, Joseph and McKenna; his sister Gayle Abbott (Jim) of Sacramento, CA; his niece MichelleGuenther (Matt); and his great-nephew Wesley of Los Angeles, CA.. He is also survived by his family, friends.
