She is survived by: her caregiver Dave; her sons, Gary Adams (Rob DeGruttola) and Chris Adams; her grandchildren, Brooke Adams, Kayley Adams, Sarah Adams and Ryan Adams; her sisters-in-law, Dawna Adams and Diana Lunsford; her nephew Adam Lunsford; and also Erin Adams.
