She is survived by: her children, Pliny Mier (Carolyn Rogers) of San Antonio, TX, Scott Mier (Sandie Mier), Patrick Mier (Cathy), Robin Loza of Somis, CA, Suzanne Ruiz (Richard Ruiz), James Mier (Christine Mier), Ralph Mier (Susie Mier) of Camarillo, CA, Michael Mier (Yvonne Mier) of Simi Valley, CA, Richard Mier (Jeannie Mier) and Gregory Mier (Alison Mier) of Henderson, NV.; her brother Richard Peters of Camarillo; and her grandchildren, Lorisa Schmidt, Vanessa Harrington, Danielle Sanford, Joshua Mier, Zachary Mier, Samuel Mier, Natasha Cruz, Nicole Cipollini, Johnny Ruiz, Jake Ruiz, Michael Loza, Lanea Loza, Garrett Mier, Lewis Mier, James Mier, Brittany Smith, Baylee Mier, Jenna Davis, Samantha Knudson, Luke Mier, Joel Mier, Adam Mier and Lauren Mier. She is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren.
