A celebration of life will be held on Monday, May 5th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Perez Family Funeral Home-Camarillo (1347 Del Norte Rd, Camarillo, CA 93010). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, May 6th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Simi Valley Public Cemetery (1461 Thompson Ln, Simi Valley, CA 93065).
