It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maria R. Carbajal (Calexico, California), who passed away on February 24, 2018, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Benjamin Carbajal; and her parents, Maria Ramirez and Epimenio Ramirez. She is survived by: her children, Javier Carbajal and Ma Guadalupe Collins; and also, Maria Carbajal, Alicia Molina, Luisa Valenzuela, Tity Curiel and Lorena Wallace. She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
