He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Cecil Prather and Leila Prather (Martin); his son Todd (Sandy Prather) of Watsonville, California; his brothers, Bill and Don; his wife Lois Prather of Glenwood, Iowa; his granddaughter Jeannette (Eric Bent); and his great grandchildren, Eli and Luke of Scotts Valley, California. He was also cherished by relatives and friends.
