He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Bowers Turner and Ruth Elizabeth Sineath Turner. He is survived by: his daughter Stephanie Turner; his siblings, Kenneth B. (Ken) and Donna Turner Phillips; and his nephews, Brian and Keith Herridge.
