With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kim-Anh Thi Nguyen-Graczyk in Burlingame, California, who passed away on January 4, 2021 at the age of 77. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Kim-Anh Thi Nguyen-Graczyk to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Can Thi Nguyen and Cam Vinh Le; and her sister Cong Thi Le. She is survived by: her husband Jerome T. Graczyk; her daughters, Chi Nguyen, Kim-Xuan Nguyen Siy (James) and Christine Kim-Tai Plautz (Andrew); her brother Truc Nguyen (Mat Pham); and her grandchildren, Amanda, Aaron and Aiden.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, there will be private services for family and close friends only at Duggan's Serra Mortuary, 500 Westlake Ave., Daly City, CA.
