He was predeceased by: his sister Erlinda Villanueva. He is survived by: his wife Socorro Pacleb; his children, Charife Carrillo and Raymund Villanueva; his grandchildren, Titus and Tatiana Carrillo; and his siblings, Tita Cabudol, Priscilla Castillo, Delia Price and Jhun Villanueva.
