He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorman Bellah and Jane Bellah; his daughter Denice Gomes; and his sister Helen Jeanette Bellah. He is survived by: his wife Julia Bellah; his children, Joseph Bellah (Margaret), Regina Gonzales and Ron Waters; and his siblings, Glen Bellah (Rosie), Rita Smith (Bob), Janice Forsman and Cyndi Bangi. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
The family welcomes donations to the Alzheimer's Association as an expression of sympathy instead of flowers.
