He is survived by: his wife Bernadette; his sons, Kevin Cristbrook (James), Mark Van Slambrook (Krista), Neil Van Slambrook (Joanna) and Damian Van Slambrook; his brother Jim Van Slambrook (Holly); his sisters-in-law, Patricia Deeney (Seamus) and Joan Van Slambrook; his grandchildren, Christian (Graham), Aidan, Michaela and Conor; his nieces and nephews, Gerald, Maureen, Nuala, Debbie, Dave, Greg, Amy, Kate, Doug and Heidi; and his friends, Asia, India and Africa.
