He was predeceased by: his parents, Renee Fondacabe and Blanche Fondacabe. He is survived by: his wife Beverly; his son Ian; and his siblings, Roger (Cindy), Gregg (Leesa), Mark, Paul (Leysa), Robert (Tina), Jane and Margaret Schultz (Rick). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, friends, and cousins.
Instead of flowers, the family has requested donations to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, St. Mary's School Theater Program, or a charity of your choice.
