We are sad to announce that on November 30, 2018, Frank Joseph Polari Jr. (Brentwood, California), born in Albany, California passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Doris Polari and Frank Polari. He is survived by: his sister Patricia Hoffner; his brother-in-law Robert Hoffner; his friend Lynne Garibotti; and his son Paul Blower. He is also survived by four grand nieces and four grand nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Heart Association or St. Jude Children's Hospital would be appreciated.
